Bookcase for periodicals in solid teak and teak veneer. Quadrangular structure in solid teak supporting thirty identical compartments, all with a sliding door in veneered teak.
When closed, the doors are slightly slanted and present a rim forming a magazine stand at the bottom.
Circa 1960-61.
Dimensions:
Not restored. Signs of wear on the patina.
Provenance: Panjab University Library in Chandigarh (sector 14). Five copies of this piece are said to have been made.
