Teak table

Dining table in solid teak and teak veneer. Thick rectangular, veneered top resting on four slanted, tapered legs connected by four crosspieces at the top.

Circa 1960.

Provenance: Cafeterias at the university halls of residence in Chandigarh and various buildings at Panjab University (sector 14).
