Lounge furniture in solid teak and braided canework including a low two-seat bench and two low chairs.

Low bench and low chairs known as "kangourou" in solid teak and braided canework. Canework seats and backrests on a profiled structure in teak forming a base at the back. Three slanted, profiled legs at the front for the bench, and two for the low chairs. The slightly curved backrest, seat and leg follow on from each other to form a horizontal "Z" shape.

Provenance: Hall of the General Hospital and private homes in Chandigarh. 

History: the only example listed to date.
