Low chair in solid sissoo (Indian rosewood) and braided canework. The slightly backward-curving backrest and the seat are made of canework, on a profiled sissoo structure forming a base at the back.
Two slanted, profiled legs at the front, connected by a rail. These seats were used for dining, and a lounge version with a seat tilted further back also exists.
Provenance: Private homes in Chandigarh.
