Office chair known as "Office cane chair" in solid teak with seat and backrest in braided canework. "Compass" type double side leg assembly, with the legs connected by two crosspieces and supporting the armrests. Slanted, slightly curved backrest, attached to the seat by two small supports at the bottom.

Circa 1955-56.

Dimensions:

  • Width: 19.7 in / 50 cm.
  • Depth: 18.5 in / 47 cm. (+/-).

Provenance: University housing at Panjab University, sector 14 and administrative buildings in Chandigarh, sector 1.
